The Coolidge house is located in St. Anthony, Minnesota. A wonderful home of four active, young women with a 24-hour plan of care. There is a 1:4 staff to client ratio, with asleep staff from10:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m during the week and 10p-8a on weekends. Awake staff are scheduled at the house from 6a-9a and 2p-10p during the week, and from 8a-10p on weekends.  The Program Manager offices on site and is available 11:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday.

The house is designed to help the clients become as independent as possible. Each of the women have goals that they are working to become more independent. Staff are available to assist them as needed, but they primarily encourage the women to complete their tasks as independently as possible, helping them problem solve and come up with a solution on their own. All of the women have an active role in maintaining the house, preparing meals, and planning activities.
